With an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Postgraduate qualification in Transactional Analysis, Badarinath Cheruvu brings extensive expertise in application engineering. His 31 years of experience in process management and global exposure in material handling have enabled him to lead CMAC in business development and technical support. He plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and service teams, helping them realize their potential and contributing to the organization’s growth.

An Engineering Graduate and Behavioral Science Trainer, Jyotsna Cheruvu ensures effective and efficient operations across CMAC. She manages the after-sales team on a PAN India basis, providing continuous customer support. Jyotsna’s strength lies in implementing process interventions that drive organizational development. She has successfully created learning and development platforms within the organization, imparting training to the entire team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Rajinder Raina

Rajinder Raina is a mechanical engineer from NIT Srinagar with an MBA in Marketing & Finance, and over 35 years of industry experience. He has worked in sectors like hydel power, road construction, material handling, utility equipment, earthmoving, and concreting. His equipment expertise includes excavators, compactors, cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, MEWPs (aerial platforms), rock breakers, batching plants, and transit mixers. He has led teams, improved business performance, built strong organisations, and developed new product partnerships and dealer networks. Rajinder spent 24 years at Escorts Construction Equipment & Escorts Ltd., was Senior Vice President at Macons Concreting Equipment, and most recently served as President – SAARC countries at Dingli India Limited. He also takes up technical consultancy and guest faculty roles.

Dr. B. S. Rao is a seasoned professional with a Ph.D. in Chemistry and over 40 years of experience in industrial operations, R&D, and quality management. He has held various roles at Andhra Cement, NCCBM, Hindustan Zinc, Vedanta, KDM Engineers, and MB Petroleum (Oman), driving operational excellence and compliance. An expert in ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 9001, CAPA, and process optimization, Dr. Rao has successfully led initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and regulatory alignment. He is also a NABL Assessor with the Quality Council of India, supporting laboratories in achieving global accreditation standards.
